How I work

In Person, Remote/Online and Blended Counselling & Psychotherapy

I am able to offer in-person sessions from my practice located on the edge of Hellingly/Hailsham, near Horsebridge, East Sussex.

In addition to in person sessions, as an experienced and trained provider of counselling using video and instant messaging, I am able also to provide “E therapy”.

I offer counselling & psychotherapy via Instant Messaging and Video counselling using Zoom – there is no need for you to download this, access is through an email link.

​

Zoom is end to end encrypted, and each meeting I arrange is with a unique ID and password, thereby ensuring that no third parties can access our sessions.

Online Experience & Training
I have worked delivering online therapy by instant messaging, phone and video for 6 years, both in Private Practice and for digital mental health providers.   I have also worked as a Clinical Lead in these settings. 

I have a General Certificate in Online Counselling, (100 hours training) and a Diploma in Face to Face, Hybrid & Online Supervision (255 hours training)
from The Online Academy for Online Counselling and Psychotherapy.  The course is an ACTO approved Training Provider.

I abide by the BACP Working Online Guidance; UKCP Code of Ethics and Professional Standards and am a member of ACTO.
